Two REALTORS®, one design-driven approach.

Cynthia Chouteau lives in Lee's Summit, Missouri with her family. She's been remodeling and designing homes for over ten years and working as a licensed REALTOR® for five — a rare combination that lets our team guide buyers and sellers the way no one else can.

Brooke Richards is a licensed REALTOR® on the team, working alongside Cynthia to guide buyers and sellers through every step — with the same hands-on, client-first attention the Shown By Chouteau name is built on. Together, we lead a full-time crew of contractors and staff and personally oversee every project.
